Candidate Records & Mass Import/Export Enhancements

Candidate records and mass import/export have been extensively enhanced with improved field ordering, expanded export support, stronger validation, plus improved permissions and security.
Invoice Enhancements
Invoice enhancements include Client by PO consolidation, remittance email support and additional invoice formatting and export improvements.
Profit Calculation - Margin vs Markup Option

A new Profit Calculation setting allows users to choose Margin or Markup. When Margin is selected, all related fields, KPIs and reports update to reflect margin-based calculations across the system.
Shift Booking User & Resourcer User Tagging Enhancements

Resourcer User now auto-assigns when a shift is filled and updates if refilled, with manual override available. Restrictions apply to approved or batched shifts, with alerts for missing resourcers to improve tracking.
Candidate Quick Add - Customised Fields

A new Candidate Quick Add Fields screen allows users to configure additional fields on the New Candidate popup, including mandatory settings. Selected fields appear in an Additional Information section, improving data capture and consistency.
Public Holiday Terminology Updates

Bank Holiday terminology has been renamed to Public Holiday terminology across the UI, settings and import/export files for clearer, more consistent global terminology.
Consolidated Timesheet Number Prefixes

Consolidated Timesheet Numbers now use a T prefix across screens, exports and PDFs for clearer identification, while maintaining full search support in Timesheet and GP tabs.
Weekly Working Hours Enhancements & Alerts

Weekly Min and Max Working Hours controls have been enhanced across candidate records, contracts and availability, with clearer hour tracking plus new booking alerts for exceeded weekly limits e.g. Tier 2 Visa 20 hour weekly max.
Sales Invoices & Credits - Backing Documents

Sales Invoices and Sales Credits now support backing document uploads, with attached documents included in generated PDFs and improved file validation handling.
Daily Timesheet Invoice Consolidation Format Enhancements

New daily timesheets invoice consolidation formats have been added for Client, Location and Contract level grouping, including monthly consolidation options.
Multiplier Decimal Precision Enhancements

Multiplier hours, pay and charge fields now support up to 2 decimal places across rates, imports, GP rows and rate popups for improved accuracy and flexibility.
Candidate Added Shift Mapping Enhancements

Candidate added shifts can now be mapped before approval on the Timesheet tab, allowing approval invites to be sent to the correct client contact earlier in the workflow.
Mileage Expenses - Description Enhancements

Mileage expenses now support editable descriptions, with the generated description pre-populated by default to improve flexibility during expense entry.
API - Timesheet Expenses Enhancements
Timesheet API calls now support expense data retrieval via a new include expenses parameter, improving access to timesheet expense information for integrations and exports.
Draft Batch Export Option

A new Draft Export option has been added to GP Period Export/ Timesheet Batch Export page, allowing payroll files to be generated for approved, non-paused, non-batched timesheets without marking them as batched.
GP Adjustments - Contract Filtering Enhancements

GP Adjustments now support optional Location filtering before selecting a Contract, helping narrow results and speed up adjustment workflows.
Candidate App - Break Entry Enhancements
Candidate App break entry has been enhanced with improved validation and limits, preventing break durations from exceeding total hours worked and improving submission accuracy.
Client & Location Contact Creation Enhancements

Client and Location contact panels now use the enhanced New Contact workflow with automatic Client/Location linking, plus improved email address validation.
Message Templates - Pay & Charge Rate Token Improvements

Pay and charge rate tokens now display single rates on one line for cleaner messaging, while multi-slot rates continue to display in the existing expanded format.
GP Report - Invoice & PO Number Columns

Invoice Number and Purchase Order columns have been added to the GP Report, with support for searching and closed period invoice tracking when invoicing is enabled.
Timesheet Tab - Missing PO Red Banner Fix

Missing PO red banner checks have been added to the timesheet tab, including auto pause conditions and red banner filtering.
Timesheet & Invoice Upload File Restrictions
Excel file formats can no longer be uploaded to paper timesheets or shift document libraries, helping prevent invalid attachments and improving upload consistency.
Task Management - Increased Notes Character Limit
Character limits for task notes have been increased, allowing users to store longer updates and more detailed information within task management workflows.
Availability Tab - Performance Enhancements
Performance improvements have been made to the Availability tab, delivering faster loading, smoother filtering and improved responsiveness during day-to-day scheduling workflows.
